Big News...UKC Weekend Wins!!

Over this past weekend, Elizabeth and her daughter Roni took Degas, AM/CAN CH Wynstone The Impressionist and Aime', Wynstone's Belle Aime', that we co-owned with Elizabeth to 5 UKC shows in PAl. The results are as follows.... On Friday evening our boy Degas went Best Male, Best of Winners for 35 pts. and his sister, Amie went Best Female for 25 pts. At the first Sat. show, Amie again went Best Female for 25 pts. and brother Degas went Best Male, Best of Winners, Best of Breed over 4 Champions and 3 Grand Champions for a total of 35 pts. Then he went on to take a Herding Group 1. At the second show, Degas again went Best Male, Best of Winners to FINISH his UKC Championship in THREE shows!! Hurrah for Degas. This was under Sheltie Breeder judge, Pam Moore. At the first Sun. show, we moved Degas up to Ch. class. Amie went Best Female and Best of Winners for 35 pts. At the second Sun. show, Amie went Best Female, Best of Winners for 35 pts. to FINISH!!! Then came the icing on the cake - Degas won the Ch. class over 4 Chs.; took Best of Breed over 3 Grand Ch., took his second Herding Group 1 and went on to take BEST IN SHOW!!!! What a wild and crazy weekend! To add to the fun, Roni showed AKC CH Belaire's Kingda Ka our Pembroke Welsh Corgi - her first time ever to show a corgi. She took Best Male at four shows, Best of Breed at two shows and a Group 3 and a Group 2. All Coaster needs in one more win for his Championship!! Not bad for the kid's first time showing a Corgi. So we can now proudly say that it is ---- AKC/CKC/UKC Ch. BIS Wynstone's The Impressionist "Degas" and UKC Ch. Wynstone's Belle Amie (11 pts, 2 maj.)
